PROSOCO R-GUARD® Spray Wrap is a fluid-applied, ready-mixed, flexible acrylic coating to be applied to structural sheathing or CMU backup to prevent penetration of liquid water. Spray Wrap is part of the PROSOCO R-GUARD® systems for stopping destructive air and moisture leakage through cavity wall masonry veneer construction, as well as in stucco, EIFS and all other building wall assemblies.

Compared to conventional sheet barriers, easy-to-use PROSOCO R-GUARD® systems provide superior protection against penetration of wind driven rain, while minimizing potential for condensation within the wall cavity. As part of a continuous, building-wide air barrier system, PROSOCO R-GUARD® is effective even at vulnerable seams, fasteners, roof and foundation connections, and window and door openings. PROSOCO R-GUARD® maximizes the R-values, reduces heating and cooling costs and lowers the risk of mold and mildew.
